AIR COOLED 6525GS SERIES-ALTRONIC RESEARCH

The 6500GS series models are economical air-cooled terminations for 50-ohm coaxial transmission line systems. Manufacturers of transmitters, microwave components and power tubes, as well as transmission stations, can be assured of ideal dummy load conditions when designing, testing, adjusting and aligning transmitters or components. 

The 6510-6515-6525GS loads are designed to interrupt RF transmission when the temperature in the

load reaches 160°F. This allows cooling of the load while keeping the temperature of the output air

cool enough to prevent burns if personnel come in contact with the air stream.
